Tracking updates, delivery scans, GPS confirmation, delivery photographs, or signatures supplied by the shipping carrier are considered valid proof of delivery.

Once a package is marked Delivered, Royal Essences considers the order fulfilled.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our fragrance products are personal-use items, all sales are generally final.

Returns and refunds are only considered when:

Royal Essences is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS or another shipping carrier but later reported as lost or stolen.
